TaxiAdmin price explained.

We are always asked about TaxiAdmin pricing policy, so this time we decided to give a detailed description of every subscription plan provided by TaxiAdmin. We offer multiple types of taxi solutions for small companies that are just planning to start their operation, to professional taxi companies that require professional approach to their business. We hope that the following explanation helps you to understand the pricing policy of our company.





The Cloud plan is the cheapest option that small companies and individual drivers can easily afford, because the connection fee makes up just 100 USD. Monthly fee covers 2000 jobs, where 2000 jobs * 0.05 cents / job = 100 USD / monthly. It means that if the company completes less than 2000 jobs / month, it has to pay the minimum 100 USD for TaxiAdmin support. If the number of jobs exceeds the credited 2000 jobs, starting with 2001 job, the company has to pay extra fee, which is calculated according to the tariff 0,05 USD (5 cents) for every job assigned to driver.

In this way you can easily calculate, if you have around 3000 jobs a month, that makes up 3000 jobs * 0,05 USD = 150 USD / monthly per company. If the company completes less than 2000 jobs / month, the monthly payment makes the minimum 100 USD / month. Please note that unused jobs are not transferred to the next month.

The Cloud plan means the easiest way of operation, because all you need to do is to get registered in the web panel and tie unified driver and passenger apps to your account. To access your account, you are offered to use the web panel, that can be also used for dispatching too.

If you are planning to use customized apps, that are connected to your account, you can activate desired checkboxes in the price calculator, and the connection and monthly fees will change. Every application customization costs 150 USD / customized app (one-time) and the monthly fee increases up to 50 USD / customized app / month.

So if you are planning to use all 4 customized apps with the web panel, the connection fee makes up 700 USD (one-time) and 4 * 50 = 200 USD / all customized apps / month PLUS 100 USD / support / month.

Please also note that the Cloud plan includes SIP functionality (webrtc required) + we can adjust third party BulkSMS account to make your panel send messages, notifying your clients about job processing. SIP account and BulkSMS account are optional features and clients rent them separately, as well as they have to separately pay the fees for those accounts. TaxiAdmin does not provide Cloud subscribers with those accounts.

The Server plan is a more expensive plan, offering advanced functionality and stability. This plan is frequently used by professional companies willing to have their dedicated (or office) server. The key difference is that clients have to pay monthly fees for every driver, using driver application. That fee makes up 3 USD / driver / month. At the same price the connection fee for the Server plan is rather high and makes up around 1970 USD. That sum has to be paid once for server configuration. Understanding that some companies do not have a chance to pay that sum at once, we can divide that connection fee into 3 payments. Please note that TaxiAdmin does not cover expenses for the dedicated (or office) server and clients pay the server rental fee themselves.

If you are planning to use customized apps, that are connected to your account, you can activate desired checkboxes in the price calculator, and the connection and monthly fees will change. Every application customization costs 150 USD / customized app (one-time) and the monthly fee increases up to 50 USD / customized app / month.

As an example let’s take a company who is planning to have a dedicated server, 100 drivers online plus use all 4 customized apps. So the connection fee makes up 2600 USD (one-time) and 600 USD / monthly. The monthly fee includes server support, apps support and the drivers fee.

The key benefit here is that we offer the desktop panel to Server users, plus companies can add extra drivers from other cities of their country, what is more the office server allows to use call-center features. What is more dispatchers can use not only the web dispatch panel, but the desktop dispatch version too, which offers a wide range of features in comparison with the lite web dispatch panel.

Please also note that the Server plan includes SIP functionality (traditional SIP account required) + we can adjust third party BulkSMS account to make your panel send messages, notifying your clients about job processing. TaxiAdmin does not provide Server subscribers with those accounts.

The Purchase plan is a retail license purchase which does not include access to backend (source code). A lot of big taxi companies don’t want to pay monthly fees. That is why we offer one-time payment, where the support fee (monthly fee) is optional and makes up only 1 USD / driver / month. No other payment is debited. Plus, if a company is not willing to pay that fee, they can continue using the system without 24/7 support and without receiving the updates. TaxiAdmin provides only critical support for cases when something goes wrong with the equipment of the client.

AND: TaxiAdmin offers development of extra features in all 3 plans. The cost of 1 development hour makes up 20 USD. So if you are willing to see some new or exclusive features in the system you can send us the technical assignment for consideration. Once the cost of development is agreed, clients do the pre-payment and we start developing extra features.
