Dispatch Software Interface

  • The dispatch software home page contains some sections which we will go through them in the following points
  1. In this field we have the main sections of the Dispatch Software :
    * Dispatcher : by clicking on the section, you will find it easier and quicker to navigate through the whole system main points.

* Drivers : in this section, you can manage pretty much everything about drivers, see the drivers’ profiles, database, ratings and ratings of drivers, as well as several other reports

* Clients : the following section contains an overview of the customer profiles, information on the customer base, rating, complaints, as well as information on the customer bonus account and the check journal.

* Statistics : in this section you can find statistics on your service. For example, such as “Statistics by order”, “Orders by day”, “Orders by rates”, etc.

* View : settings of the interface of the main window, showing the map to see and track your online drivers, and reset tables

* Settings : the settings section opens the settings of the software package.
* Help : here you can go to the website of our company and the blog too, as well as take a look at the youtube channel. Also to see the instructions and video lessons

2. Dispatcher’s icon (downloadable), dispatcher’s name, dispatcher’s account are displayed here.

3. Next, let’s briefly check the meanings of the highlighted buttons:
* New job : when you click this button, the order creation form will open
* Edit order : select the order and press this button to edit the order
* Send to completed : when the order is in the process of execution (the driver pressed with passengers), then using this button from the” Running “tab, you can execute this order and enter the required amount
* Send to false orders : to send an order to” False “, you can select the order, and click this button twice, then a window will appear in which you can specify the reason for sending to false orders
* Return order : this button was created so that when the dispatcher made an order false beforehand (clicked” False “once) by mistake, it would be possible to return the order to its original status
* Assign driver : in order to assign a driver manually (with a dispatcher), for this you need to select the order and press this button, and enter the call sign in the pop-up window
* Remove call sign : using this button allows you to remove the call sign that has already been assigned to the order
* Open Queue : when pressed, you can view the queue of drivers. In the queue, you can assign a specific driver to the desired sector, move to the queue or remove from the queue

4. In here we will consider the tabs of the main order windows:
* New jobs : this tab displays orders that the dispatcher just created, and orders that passengers made too as well as orders to which the drivers responded, and indicated the time after which they will be at the point of delivery
* In process : this tab contains orders that are in the process of execution, that means when the driver picked up the client and is going to the point of arrival
* Preliminary : pre-orders or reservations are displayed under this tab
* Completed : a report on completed orders is displayed here. You can filter by time, call sign, customer ID or B / N orders, etc
* Fallacious : a tab with false orders, you can also set filters for displaying the report

5. This window displays queues / parking lots. Drivers are displayed by color, which depends on their status on the line:

6. The “window” displays messages that have been sent to drivers
7. The drivers who are waiting for the client on the spot are displayed here
8. Your local time is listed here (the time on your server). Two green lights means a stable connection to the server
9. Here it shows the program version, server version, service ID
10. Telephony interface
11. Customer / Driver Communication Buttons:
* Call : select the order and press this button if you want to call the client
* Profile : select the order, click this button if you want to see the client’s profile
* Call (Car) : when you select an order, and press this button, you will call the driver who fought off the selected order
* Message (Vehicle) : highlight a call sign to send a message using this button. You can also send a message to everyone on the line
* Profile (Car) : to view the driver’s profile, select the driver in the queue / order and press this button
* Map : pressing this button will open a map of monitoring drivers in your service
